I pull the list from ServiceTitan, Jobber, QuickBooks, or a POS export. I clean it. Then I write monthly letters, seasonal promotions, and win-back notes in your voice. You approve. I hit send.

The problem

Most owners I meet have two or three thousand past customers sitting in software and never write them. A job comes in. The list waits. Six months later the same household hires someone else because they forgot you exist.
